Kadoch has played for clubs in the both the Liga Leumit and Liga Artzit in his native Israel. Kadoch holds a French passport, allowing him to play in Europe without counting against the foreign player limit.[1] After a trial at Oldham Athletic and an initially unsuccessful trial with the Bees he finally signed in August 2008. Kadoch made the unusual choice of the number 55 squad number at Barnet, the number 5 being considered lucky in Judaism.[2] However, The Football League does not allow squad numbers over 50 so this was changed to 25.[3]
Kadoch made his debut appearance for Barnet in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy where Barnet lost to Dagenham & Redbridge 4-2.[4] He played 12 league games for the Bees before being released at the end of the season.
On July 5, 2009 Kadoch penned a one year deal with Bnei Yehuda.[5]
On July, 2011 Kadoch penned a deal with Hapoel Haifa.
